| Extra Man | $55.00 per hour per extra man, billed in 15 minutes increments, 2 hour minimum, portal to portal. |

| Government Installation Fee | $40.00 access charge for government facilities. |
| Hazardous Material Surcharge | A charge of $75.00 will be applied for each hazardous materials shipment. |
| Hotel Pick-up/Delivery | $20.00. A surcharge to pick-up/delivery to a hotel. An inside pick-up/delivery charge may also apply if the pick-up/delivery is past a threshold or dock. |
| Import Handling Fee | $30.00 depending on terminal location. A surcharge on inbond shipments for paperwork processing. For each terminal's specific charge, see Import Fees. |
| Inside Delivery Charges | $3.00 cwt. with a minimum charge of $15.00 (all floors). |
| Lift Gate Charge | $75.00 Monday - Friday between 8:00 and 5:00. A special delivery surcharge is applicable for delivery at any other time or a time specific to delivery. |
