| Inside Delivery Charges | $3.00 cwt. with a minimum charge of $15.00 (all floors). |
| Lift Gate Charge | $35.00 Monday - Friday between 8:00 and 5:00. A special delivery surcharge is applicable for delivery at any other time or a time specific to delivery. |
