Charges are for each 24 hour period, beginning at 7:00am the first business day after notice of arrival has been given. Any fraction of a 24 hour period will be charged as a full 24 hour period. |

| Trash Removal | $35.00 to remove trash from a delivery requiring unpacking. This is in addition to any unpacking fees. |
