Orientation
The following is a checklist of the documents that we must have copies of before you can come to orientation. Please be sure that they are readable when faxing or e-mailing. If you have any questions, please call your recruiter.- Driver's License
- Social Security Card
- Medical Card (DOT physical must be 30 days current - No Exceptions)
- DOT Vehicle Inspection (6 months current)
- 2290 - Highway Use Tax Form (Tractors only)
- IFTA (If applicable)
- Current Vehicle Registration (applies to ALL Rocket drivers and Towne Air tractors who have their own plates)
- Title or Application for Title - Validated by the state (applies only to Towne Air tractors who are plating with us)
- Insurance Policies (if not insuring through us, showing correct limitations according to our requirements)
- Physical Damage = $1,000,000.00 coverage
- NTU/Bobtail = $1,000,000.00 coverage
- Occupational Accident
- Insurance policies show Towne Air Freight or Rocket Expedited Services as the certificate holder and address: 24805 US 20 West, South Bend IN 46628
