Towne Air Freight Offers Guaranteed Service to Air Cargo Industry

Beginning October 1st, Towne Air Freight (TAF) will become the first and only air freight carrier to offer a bold, new service guarantee. Air cargo customers relying on Towne for Airport-to-Airport (ATA) and Airport-to-Door (ATD) shipments will receive on-time service or a 100% refund of freight charges.

Towne assures that ATA shipments will be available at a TAF dock by the posted recovery times and ATD shipments that move in the TAF linehaul system will be delivered by 1700 or the move will be free. Such a promise of reliable service is unprecedented in the air cargo industry.
