Guarantee Service Rules Update
Effective January 1st, Towne will be adding a new rule to the On-Time Service Guaranteed program. The new
rule states:
Should a truck experience mechanical failure in transit causing missed connections or service, the
shipments contained on the trailer will not be eligible for Guaranteed Service claims.
Your continued partnership is important to us and we strive to deliver world-class service to you every
day. We're proud of our ability to offer guaranteed service, but there are unforeseen complications from
time to time. As always, we will do our best to alert you and apologize if we see that your shipment has
been delayed for any reason and take action to correct the situation. Thank you for your understanding as
we continue to refine this program.
