TOWNE AIR FREIGHT ADDS I-5 SERVICE ON WEST COAST AND EXPANDS SERVICE TO SFO, PDX AND SEA MARKETS

South Bend, Ind., -- Beginning Thursday February 2, 2006, Towne Air Freight will offer expanded linehaul trucking service to and from San Francisco, CA (SFO), Portland, OR (PDX), and Seattle, WA (SEA), significantly expanding the company's current service area on the West Coast.

"We're very pleased to be extending our service footprint along the I-5 corridor, which is a key service link for many forwarders and airlines," notes Stephen Murray, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. "Customers will now be able to utilize Towne Air Freight Coast-to-Coast with linehaul connection to and from the major gateways and ports."

Towne will offer a variety of services, including Towne Air Freight's premier Airport-to-Door service from SFO, PDX and SEA into Towne's core Midwest markets; and Door-to-Airport service from the Midwest to SFO, PDX, and SEA. Towne will use dedicated equipment and direct runs for the I-5 corridor market and provide an industry competitive service.

Also available will be Airport-to-Airport service to and from all 33 current Towne terminals in 16 states to SFO, PDX, and SEA.
