The drop-down navigation provides a standard and consistent look for the entire website. Scrolling over the menu will either highlight the text indicating it is a link and/or display more menu options for you to choose from. While everyone is able to see all menu options, only those with a valid MyTowne account are able to access some of the tools. If you find yourself redirected to a login screen when trying to access a Towne Tool, you must login before using that feature.

As a MyTowne account holder, you have the option of logging in from multiple locations. The most convenient is on the login portion of the header, located on every page. If you do not have a MyTowne account, you may also request an account at the top of the page. Or, you may login on the actual login page which you are taken to when you try to access a Towne Tool that requires a login. If you have an account, but forgot your password, expand the MyTowne menu and select Forgot Password. This will take you to a web form which you must submit for a Customer Care Agent to contact you with your password.

With a MyTowne account, you hold the key to all your account information and also a variety of customized freight shipment and tracking tools. It is easy to get a MyTowne account. Simply submit the Request a Login form and you will be contacted with your username and password. The customized tools you will have access to include:

If you need to track a shipment without the hassle of searching through a website to find the tool, Quick Track is the tool for you. Our Quick Track tool is located on each and every Towneair.com page. In the top right corner, you may track a shipment by TAF Freight Bill number, Sticker Pro, Reference, C or D Pro, or Pickup number, whichever you prefer.

All links or hovers on Towneair.com are in light blue text, which become white highlighted in dark blue when hovered over. Mainly they are links which when clicked on will take you to the specified information. But sometimes they are simply hovers, which will display the specified information on the same page without the need to click. For example, on the Terminal Profiles page along the left side is a list of all the terminals. When you hover over a terminal the text on the right will change to that of the highlighted terminal.
